Comparing verses in the Hebrew Old Testament that have the word "spirit,"
 ruach, with the same verses in the Septuagint text, using Strong's numbers,

The Hebrew word ruch is transliterated ruwach or ruach. The word occurs in 348 verses in the Hebrew concordance, King James Version, and is indicated 380 times by Strong's number H7307 in the middle column of the table at bottom. It is important to notice that "wind" and "spirit" are from this same Hebrew word.
The Septuagint translation of each Hebrew verse is located in the third column. The color key to the LXX translations of ruach 7307 is still being developed. The scheme at this time is:
